How can we help you perform today?
Pick whichever one sounds most like you. Every answer goes somewhere different, because the advice should.
Performance
Everything you track, in one place. And a coach who reads it.
Your training, your food, your sleep and your weight currently sit in four apps that don't talk to each other, and nobody ever reads them. Here they land on one screen, and a real coach reads that screen every week and changes your plan when the numbers say to.
Built by an engineer who competes and a teacher who has trained every day of her adult life. One of us builds the system. One of us has spent twenty years getting people to stick to one.
All of it, not the bits one app happens to measure. Training, food, sleep, recovery and body composition, in one plan. Beginners through to competitive athletes, same standard either way.
Your whole week on one screen
Our newest athlete
Krane Burke is 23, fights out of M16 in Seaford, and competes across MMA, Muay Thai and grappling. He trains twenty two times a week and takes Sundays off. He came to us with coaches he trusts and a programme that works, so we are not replacing either.
We asked him what he actually struggles with. He said managing recovery after a fight. Camps get programmed to a date and then stop, so almost nobody programmes the fortnight afterwards. That is the part we run. Heart rate, sleep, load and weight, on one screen, every day. His first block started on 31 August.
His coaches run his fighting; we run the recovery. Follow the build on Instagram →
What this looks like in practice
Simon came to us three weeks out from his first ultramarathon, with a cold to clear and a foot injury to work around. On 9 August 2026, at 60, he finished 56 km of trail at Monarto. No blow-up, and his quickest running of the day came in the final hour. He started the next block the morning after, and the same file is now pointed at the City-Bay 12 km on 20 September, chasing his own best on that course.
He built his aerobic base himself over 15 years; we coach the blocks. The full story → · Follow the build on Instagram →
Where this comes from
The engineer and the athlete
NxsTech Performance comes out of NxsTech, an Australian engineering practice, co-founded by two people who train. One builds the data side. One has lived the coaching side her whole life.
Justin Kerkman
Co-founder · Engineering & Coaching
A senior control systems engineer: University of Adelaide trained, trade-qualified, with years spent building industrial automation. He's also a lifelong athlete across wildly different disciplines: state junior golf champion, NABBA Open Class winner as a bodybuilder, Muay Thai now. He got tired of coaching that ran on guesswork and screenshots.
So he built the thing he wanted for himself: every metric that matters, in one live dashboard, watched weekly by someone who knows what the numbers mean. The engineering runs the data. The coaching decisions stay human, backed by Certificates III and IV in Fitness.
Carla Vieira
Co-founder · Athlete & Education
She has trained and eaten for it every day of her adult life, without ever once pinning on a number. No season, no peak, no off-season to hide in, which is the version most people are actually trying to do and the version almost nobody writes plans for.
What she competes at is nothing. What she is qualified in is teaching. Twenty years of instructing other people is what she brings: knowing why someone stops, what a plan has to survive to still be running in March, and how to say the thing that gets them back on Monday.
Born in São Paulo and living in Australia since 2008. Degree-qualified in physical education and teaching since 2004 (Uni-FMU, São Paulo, Brazil), and credentialed with CREF, Brazil's national register of physical education professionals. Twenty years of it shape how the coaching lands: what gets asked at intake, how feedback reads, and why the plan bends to your life instead of breaking against it.
What you're getting
Built for you, watched by a coach
Your goals, your training history, your gear and your week set the plan. Then real data keeps it honest.
A live dashboard, not spreadsheets
Training load, nutrition, workouts and body composition in one place, fed automatically by your devices and your smart scale. Nothing to export, nothing to screenshot. Recovery, HRV and sleep come in from our own app, in TestFlight beta now with the App Store release to follow.
Real coaches read your data
Your live numbers are reviewed by the people who built the service: a Certificate III & IV Fitness qualified engineer who trains, and a degree-qualified, CREF-credentialed athlete. Our AI layer does the daily number-crunching and flags what matters. The coaching call is always human.
Plans that actually adjust
Check in weekly on Performance, and after every session on Elite, sooner still if your recovery data says so. When life changes, the plan changes with it.
How it works
From sign-up to live data in five steps
You don't need to be technical. The setup is guided end to end.
Choose your plan
Performance or Elite. Prices are per week and that's how you're charged: weekly, never a lump sum. Commit to nothing, six months or twelve, and the longer you commit the lower the weekly rate. Your subscription keeps running until you cancel.
Complete the intake form
Your history, your goals, your training week, any injuries, and the gear you already own. This is what your plan gets built from, so the more honest, the better.
Connect your devices
Polar and Withings link straight to us: you authorise it once and the data flows in by itself from then on. Everything else, Garmin and Apple Watch included, comes through an app on your phone that reads what your watch already writes to Apple Health, or to Health Connect if you are on Android. We set that up with you. Recovery, HRV and sleep come in the same way, so there is no morning reading to type.
Your dashboard goes live
Your personal dashboard is built around your targets and switched on, with your training programme and nutrition guidance shaped by what you told us and what your data shows.
Check in, and the plan adjusts
On Performance and Elite your coach reviews your data every week and writes your feedback. On Elite you also get a written review of each session the same day it happens. Either way, targets get adjusted off what actually happened. You train, the data does the reporting.
Why this exists
The problem was never you
Most people don't stop training because they're lazy. They stop because the path was crooked from the start.
A random YouTube video. A programme lifted off Instagram. A watch full of numbers nobody ever looks at. No progression, no structure, and nothing holding the plan together when your week falls apart.
NxsTech Performance was built to fix exactly that. Your data flows in by itself, a coach reads it every week, and every session already knows what the next one is. You train, and the plan holds.
What you're actually paying for
Why there's no chat button
Every AI answer you have ever read ended the same way. Check this. It can make mistakes. Verify anything important.
That sentence is the entire reason this service costs what it costs. The checking is the product.
We use AI, and we will always tell you where. It reads your training load, your sleep, your HRV, your food log and your body composition every day, and it finds what is worth looking at. What it does not do is decide anything about you. A person does that, and puts their name on it.
A chat model has read the internet. It has not read you. It does not know that your sleep collapsed three weeks ago, or that you have added four kilos of load since then. It will answer in one second with the average of everything ever written about knees. Free tools do that well, and we would not try to compete with free. What you are paying for here is the reading.
This probably isn't for you if:
You want an answer in ten seconds. Ours take a day, sometimes a week, because someone is reading your file first.
You want the cheapest option. There isn't one. There are two plans and both of them buy coach time.
You want to be told you're doing great. You'll be told what the data says, which is sometimes that and sometimes not.
You don't want to log anything. The service is built on your real numbers. Without them we are guessing, and guessing is what you are paying us not to do.
None of that is a criticism. There are good free apps that do the fast, cheap, automated version very well, and if that is what you want you should use one.
Pricing
Choose your plan
Two plans, one standard. Pick how much coaching you want around your data. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST.
There is no starter plan. Performance and Elite both buy coach time, and coach time is the thing that costs. Bridge is the third card, and you can't join on it: it's where members go when they need to stop for a while.
Start here
Email address, nothing else.
Get your calorie and macro targets
Most calculators hand you one number and expect you to eat it on a rest day and on a session day alike. This one gives you three, because your week isn't flat.
No card, no call, no obligation.
The targets are yours whether or not you ever join.
Founding rates, first come first served. 20 founding places on Performance, 5 on Elite. When a tier's places are gone that tier moves to its standard rate. If you're already in, your rate doesn't move for as long as you stay.
Start from any plan, add only the pieces you want, and see the weekly price as you go.

Picking a plan doesn't charge you anything. It starts a conversation. You tell us what you're chasing, we talk it through, and nothing is set up or paid for until we both agree the plan is right for you.
The rate you join at is the rate you keep. Coaching places are limited and pricing rises as the roster fills. Your price doesn't go up while you stay subscribed.
Seven days to change your mind, free. Cancel within seven days of signing up and you pay nothing, on any tier and any commitment. That's in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Everything is charged weekly. There is no upfront lump sum on any plan. A six or twelve month commitment buys you a lower weekly rate; it does not mean paying for the period in advance.
On the no-commitment plan, cancel whenever you like. No notice period, no exit fee, no last month to pay. Billing stops at the end of the week you have already paid for.
Leaving a 6 or 12 month commitment early costs you the discount, and nothing more. You repay the difference between the rate you paid and the no-commitment rate, for the weeks you were with us. No penalty on top. The exact calculation, with a worked example →

Inside the dashboard
This is where your plan lives
Real screens from the live system, running on real training data. This is the same platform every client gets.
Elite
What daily oversight actually looks like
Elite is the tier where the system stops reporting and starts telling you what to do about it. Three features carry that, and none of them is standard below this tier.
Before you ask
The questions everyone asks first
Straight answers, including the ones that might talk you out of it.
What are your qualifications?
Justin holds Certificates III and IV in Fitness. Carla is degree-qualified in physical education (Uni-FMU, São Paulo) and CREF-credentialed, Brazil's national register for the profession, with twenty years in it.
These are fitness qualifications. We're not doctors or dietitians, we don't diagnose or prescribe, and we'll tell you when something belongs with your GP. We review blood work you've already had done. We don't order it.
How much of this is AI?
The analysis, the daily number-crunching, the flagging of anything that has moved, and the first draft of your session reviews. A human reads everything before it reaches you and is accountable for it.
Where something is AI-generated we say so, rather than passing it off as one of us. Every AI answer you've ever read ended by telling you to check it. The checking is what you're paying for here.
How fast do I get a reply?
Performance is a weekly written check-in. Elite adds a daily brief, a written review of every session on the same day, and priority response between check-ins.
If something is urgent and medical, that's your doctor, not us. We'll say so rather than have you wait on us.
I've never tracked anything before. Is this for me?
Yes. The intake form asks your history precisely so your plan starts where you are. Someone who's never trained doesn't get the same programme as someone ten years in, and that's the whole point of building rather than templating.
The dashboard does the technical work. Your job is to train and answer honestly at check-in.
What devices do I need?
None to start. You can log everything by hand and still get a real plan and real coaching.
If you already own something, bring it. We'll tell you what connects, set it up with you, and be straight about what it does and doesn't measure well.
And if you want to add a device, we'll tell you which one actually serves the goal you've set, and just as often that you don't need one yet. Wearables make the picture sharper and save you the logging. They've never been the price of entry.
How do I cancel?
Message your coach, or email performance@nxstech.net. No phone call, no retention pitch, no convincing anyone. We'll confirm the date back to you in writing and you'll see it on your dashboard.
Inside seven days: free. You pay nothing and that's the end of it.
After seven days, on the no-commitment plan: nothing to it. No notice period, no exit fee. Billing stops at the end of the week you have already paid for and your dashboard stays with you until then.
If you're on a 6 or 12 month commitment: you repay the discount you've had. You took a lower weekly rate in exchange for committing, so if the commitment ends early you pay back the difference between your rate and the no-commitment rate, for the weeks you were with us. Nothing on top of that. No penalty, no share of the remaining term. Ten weeks into Performance at the 6-month rate, that's $25.00.
Who we're backing
Sponsored by NxsTech Performance
Real people chasing something hard, on the same dashboard, the same coaching and the same data as every client.
Simon Pearce
Distance running
Our first sponsored athlete. Simon has been running seriously for 15 years, with six marathons and many half marathons behind him, and he built that base himself long before he met us. We came in three weeks out from his first ultramarathon and have coached every block since.
- Sun 20 Sep 2026, in training City-Bay, 12 km, Adelaide to Glenelg. Back on the road after the ultra, chasing his own best on the course.
- Sun 9 Aug 2026 Federation Ultra Trail, 56 km, Monarto SA. His first ultra, at 60, on a course rockier and hillier than the map suggested. A cold to clear and a foot injury to work around in the three weeks before it. No blow-up, and his quickest running of the day came in the final hour.
- Before us Fifteen years of running, six marathons and many half marathons. All of it his own work.
Krane Burke
Mixed martial arts
Our first combat athlete. Krane is 23, fights out of M16 in Seaford and competes across MMA, Muay Thai and grappling, training twenty two times a week. He came to us with coaches he trusts and a programme that works, so we are not replacing either.
- Since 31 Aug 2026 On the dashboard. Heart rate, sleep, training load and weight, every day, read against twenty two sessions a week. His first block is running now.
- What he asked for Managing recovery after a fight. His words, unprompted, before anything was sold to him. Camps get programmed to a date and then stop, and almost nobody programmes the fortnight afterwards.
- Before us Seven sanctioned bouts between December 2022 and February 2026, all at featherweight, and never stopped by strikes. Gold at a recent pure grappling competition.
