The problem was never willpower. It was that you had no way of telling whether the thing you were doing was working, so you either quit too early or held on to it long after it stopped.
Here your food, your training and your weight land on one screen, and a coach reads that screen every week and changes your targets when the numbers say to. Not when a calendar says to.

That middle photo is the one I nearly did not put on here. Not because of how I look in it, but because of what was going on the week it was taken. Sometimes life is tough and your body is the last thing on the list, and then one day you see a photo and do not recognise the person in it.
I did that six months on my own, with a notebook and a lot of guessing, and two false starts before I worked out what was actually moving the number. It was also faster than I would coach anyone to do it now. I am not putting it here as a target and I am not telling you the same thing will happen to you, because I do not know that and neither does anyone who promises it.
I am putting it here because the guessing was the worst part, and everything on this site exists so you do not have to do that bit alone.
Nearly every plan hands you one calorie number and expects you to eat it every day, including the day you did nothing and the day you trained twice. That is why they feel like starvation on Tuesday and a free-for-all on Sunday.
You get three sets of numbers instead. Protein stays flat, fat stays close to flat, and carbohydrate does the moving, because carbohydrate is what fuels hard work.

Hard or long sessions
Example only. Yours are worked out from your own height, weight, age, activity and goal. You can have that part free right now, before you talk to anybody, and your meal plan is then built to hit whichever day you are having.
You log the weekFood item by item with a barcode scanner, or roughly if that is more realistic. Sessions, and your weigh-ins. Partial beats nothing, every time.
You fill in the check-inIt saves as a draft, so you add to it across the week rather than trying to remember Wednesday on Sunday night.
Your coach reads it on MondayNot a dashboard alert, not an automated nudge. A written review of the week you actually had, with one thing to change before next Monday.
Your targets move, or they don'tIf the trend is going the right way, nothing changes and you get told why. Changing a plan every week to look busy is how people end up nowhere.
Weight is noisy. It moves with salt, sleep, your cycle and what you did yesterday, so a single morning tells you almost nothing. We read the trend across weeks, against what you ate and what you did, which is the only way to tell a bad week from a bad plan.
We are coaches with fitness qualifications, not doctors or dietitians. We do not diagnose or prescribe, and we will say so plainly when something belongs with your GP. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or you have a history of disordered eating, or a condition or medication that affects appetite or metabolism, talk to your doctor or an Accredited Practising Dietitian before you change what you eat. That holds whether you work with us or not.
Everything above is Performance. There is no cut-down version of it, because the part that works is a coach reading your week, and that is the part that costs.

The form asks what you have tried before and what went wrong with it. That is the part that makes your plan different to the last one.
