‹ All the ways we can help
For coaches and trainers

You are running your clients on a spreadsheet and four apps. So were we.

You already know the problem. Their watch data is in one place, their food log in another, their programme in a Google Sheet you maintain by hand, and their check-in somewhere in your messages. You spend Sunday night stitching it together instead of coaching.

We built a system that does the stitching. It runs our own clients today. What it does not do yet is run yours.

Being straight with you: this is not something you can buy today.

There is no sign-up, no pricing, and no date. Opening the coach side to other people's rosters is real work that has not been done yet, and telling you otherwise would waste your time and ours.

What we are doing right now is finding a handful of coaches to build it with, and giving them first access when it exists. If that is worth two minutes of your time, the questions are at the bottom.

Where it actually is

What is built, and what is not

Working today

  • The client tracker. Live, in daily use, running paying clients. Runs in a browser, nothing to install.
  • Device sync. Polar and Withings connect directly. Garmin, Apple and the rest come in through an app on the client's phone.
  • Food logging against a real database, with barcode scanning, and totals that carry through on their own.
  • Recovery capture. Sleep, resting heart rate and HRV, read against training load rather than sitting in a separate app.
  • A coach view. There is a roster panel and it is what we run our own clients from every day.
  • Generated reviews and plans as documents, drafted by our coaching model and read by a human before they go out.

Not built yet

  • Your own login with your own roster. The coach view exists, but only as ours. Opening it to other coaches is the actual work.
  • Your branding on it. No white labelling, no custom domain. Not started, not promised.
  • Billing your clients through us. Your commercial relationship stays entirely yours and we have built nothing to sit in the middle of it.
  • Importing your existing clients. No migration tooling exists.
  • A price. Genuinely not set. We are not going to invent one to look further along than we are.
So you can judge it

What your clients would be looking at

Real screens from a live account, not a design file. If you have evaluated this kind of software before you will know how much that distinction matters.

Recovery screen with HRV, resting heart rate and sleep trends
Recovery, with a month of trend behind each number. The client never types into this screen.
Weekly summary screen showing goal compliance and day by day view
The week, assembled from everything else. Goal compliance, day by day, nothing to enter.
The bit you are actually worried about

Your clients are yours

We will not market to themYour clients are not a lead list. They will not get our emails, our offers or an invitation to come and be coached by us instead.

Their data is not ours to sellWe do not sell client data and we do not advertise against it. Where it is held and who processes it is set out in our privacy policy, and we would rather you read it before you ask than after.

You keep the coachingThis is tooling, not a franchise. We are not going to tell you how to program, and nothing here writes to your clients without you seeing it first.

You will hear the word noIf what you need is a long way from what we are building, we will say so rather than string you along until you have moved your roster.

If you want in early

Tell us two things

First access goes to the coaches who tell us early, because they are the ones it gets built around.

  1. How many clients you carry. Five is as interesting to us as fifty. They are different products and we would rather know which one we are building.
  2. What you run them on now. Spreadsheets, a whiteboard, one of the big platforms, or nothing at all. Whatever you say here, we have heard worse.
