One thing for next week

Session load is sessions × average minutes × average effort. It is a simple way to compare one of your weeks with another. It is not a score to chase, and the units only mean something against your own numbers.

Easy means this week's load is more than 15% below last week. Heavy means more than 15% above. Anything in between is steady. The sleep note uses 7 hours a night as a plain cut-off.
