‹ All the ways we can help

Twelve weeks. One job: show up and log it.

You have never done this before, or you did once and it did not stick. Either way you do not need a coaching philosophy explained at you. You need to know what happens, how long for, and what it costs.

So: a fixed block with an end date. You log your food and your sessions. Everything else is our problem.

Week one

Nothing changes in your first week

Most plans arrive the day you pay, which means they were written before anyone knew anything about you. Ours are not. Week one you carry on exactly as you already do, and you log it. That week is the measurement.

Your targets, your meal plan and your training are built from what that week actually shows, and they land on day eight. If your week is a mess, log the mess. A tidy version gets you a plan built for a person who does not exist.

One week to measure you. Eleven to work. On an eight week block it is one and seven.

The split

What you do, and what you don't

Yours

  • Log what you ate, item by item or roughly. Both work.
  • Log what you did, even if it was a walk.
  • Step on the scales when you said you would.
  • Answer the weekly check-in honestly. It saves as a draft, so you can add to it across the week.

Ours

  • Your calorie and macro targets, and changing them when the numbers say to.
  • A meal plan split by hard days and easy days, because they should not match.
  • A training programme built for where you are now.
  • A written review every Monday from your coach, based on the week you actually had.

You need no equipment to start. No watch, no smart scales, no subscriptions to anything else. You can log the lot by hand and still get a real plan and real coaching. If you already own a watch, it can feed in and save you the typing, but it was never the price of entry.

There is nothing to download. It opens in the browser on your phone, and there is a Help tab explaining every screen.

What it costs

Pick your length. It stops when it stops.

$24.99 per week, charged weekly

Twelve weeks comes to $299.88 in total. We confirm your finish date and the full total in writing before anything is charged, and the block does not roll on into an ongoing plan when it ends.

Roughly $3.57 a day. For comparison, in-person coaching in Australia is commonly $130 a week or more.

Seven days to change your mind, freeCancel inside the first seven days and you pay nothing. That sits on top of your rights under Australian Consumer Law, not instead of them.

Choosing a length does not charge youIt starts a conversation. There is no checkout on this site. Nothing is charged until you have been sent a written proposal with your dates and total on it, and you have said yes.

We write to you, we do not ring youSomeone replies in writing within 72 hours. No discovery call, no sales call, no call at all unless you ask for one.

We are coaches, not cliniciansThese are fitness qualifications. We do not diagnose, prescribe or order tests, and we will say so when something belongs with your GP. Over 18s only.

Start where you are

Tell us what you have done before, which is allowed to be nothing at all, and what you want out of the next twelve weeks. Five minutes, and it is the form the whole plan gets built from.

Not ready to talk to anyone? Take the free numbers, eat to them for a fortnight, and see what moves. That is the same method, just without us in it.
