‹ All the ways we can help

We are called Performance. You are not training for anything.

Fair enough. Performance here does not mean a podium. It means your body doing what you need it to do on a Tuesday: getting through the day without the four o'clock crash, sleeping properly, and not feeling like everything is uphill.

Same tracking, same coach reading it. Nobody is going to put a squat programme in front of you and call it wellness.

What we watch

The four numbers that explain most bad weeks

You already half know when something is off. The point of writing it down is that a pattern over a month is visible in a way that a feeling on a Wednesday is not.

RecoveryLast 30 days, example
Sleep, nightly average
6h 42m
Resting heart rate
61bpm
HRV
48ms
Movement, weekly
184min

Illustrative figures. Yours are your own, and the useful part is not any single morning. It is what the line has done since last month, read next to what you ate, drank and did.

Before you get excited

Sleep and HRV need something on your wrist

If you have a wearable

It arrives on its own

Sleep, resting heart rate and HRV are captured overnight and you never type into that screen. Polar and Withings connect straight to us. Everything else, Garmin and Apple included, comes through an app on your phone.

If you have nothing

A short morning form

Half a minute: how you slept, how you feel, what is sore. It is a rougher picture and we will not pretend otherwise, but it still shows a trend, and plenty of people start here and never buy anything.

There is nothing to download to use the tracker itself. It opens in the browser on your phone. Our own iPhone app is in beta testing at the moment, with Android covered in the meantime, and neither is something you need to get started.

Every week

One change at a time, and no lectures

1

You log what is realisticFood roughly is fine. A walk counts and gets logged as a session. Partial beats nothing, every single week.

2

Your coach reads the month, not the dayOne rough night is weather. Three bad weeks in a row is a pattern, and that is what gets acted on.

3

You get one thing to tryNot a list of fifteen habits. One, chosen because your own numbers pointed at it, and it stays until it sticks or it clearly is not working.

4

Nothing gets added for the sake of itIf the honest answer this week is carry on, that is the answer you get, and the reason why.

Where we stop

What this is not

We are coaches with fitness qualifications, not doctors, dietitians or therapists. We watch your sleep and your recovery numbers. We do not diagnose anything, we do not treat anything, and none of this is a medical device.

If you are exhausted in a way that food and walking do not touch, if you cannot sleep no matter what you change, or if something has been off for months, that belongs with your GP first. We will say so, and we would rather lose the sale than have you spend twelve weeks tracking your way around a thing that needed a blood test.

The same goes for pregnancy, thyroid conditions, diabetes, medication that affects appetite or metabolism, and any history of disordered eating. Talk to your doctor or an Accredited Practising Dietitian before you change what you eat. That holds whether you work with us or not.

What it costs

There is one plan, and this is it

No wellness tier, no cut-down version. The thing that costs is a person reading your week, and that does not get cheaper because your goals are quieter.

Standard rate $49.99 per week

$24.99 per week, charged weekly

Cancel whenever you like. No notice period, no exit fee. Billing stops at the end of the week you have already paid for, and the rate you join at is the rate you keep.

Seven days to change your mind, freeCancel inside the first seven days and you pay nothing. That sits on top of your rights under Australian Consumer Law, not instead of them.

The check-in is weekly, but it is not homeworkIt saves as a draft and a single honest line is a perfectly good answer. Nobody is marking it.

We write to you, we do not ring youSomeone replies in writing within 72 hours. No discovery call, no sales call, no call at all unless you ask for one.

Or run a fixed blockIf a rolling plan is the bit you do not want, take a set 8 or 12 weeks with a known finish date and decide at the end.

Start with something small

Get your calorie and macro numbers free, in about a minute, no card and no call. Most people find the three day-types useful on their own, and a fair few never buy anything. That is a perfectly good outcome.

The form asks how you sleep, what your week actually looks like, and what you have already tried. Answer it honestly and the first month is far more useful.
