‹ All the ways we can help

Four apps. None of them talking to each other.

Your watch knows what you did. A food app knows what you ate. The scales know what you weigh. Something else knows how you slept. Four little islands of data, and not one of them has ever been read next to another one.

I am a control systems engineer. My actual day job is making equipment from four different manufacturers behave like one machine. Then I came home and put up with this. So I built the thing I wanted.

Your watchSessions, heart rate
A food appCalories, macros
The scalesWeight, body fat
Sleep trackingHours, quality
One screen All of it, side by side, in the browser on your phone. And a coach who reads it every week and changes the plan when the numbers say to.
The obvious objection

Your phone already does some of this, free

What a health app gives you

A pile of numbers, correctly collected, in one place. Charts you can scroll, rings you can close, and a monthly summary you have never once opened.

It has no opinion. It cannot tell you that your sleep has been sliding for three weeks and that is why your training feels heavy. It just holds the data and waits.

What we add to it

The same data, plus your food, your weigh-ins and the plan you are actually meant to be following, arranged so they can be read against each other.

Then a person reads it. Every week, in writing, with one thing to change before next week. Storage is free. Somebody actually looking is not.

If all you want is your numbers in one place, use what came with your phone and keep your money. This is worth paying for only if you want somebody reading them.

What connects to what

Before you check, here is the honest wiring

Direct

Polar and WithingsThese two connect straight to us. Once it is authorised you never think about it again, and nothing needs to be running on your phone.

Via phone

Garmin, Apple, and the restEverything else comes through an app on your phone that hands the data on. It works, it is just one more moving part, and I would rather tell you that now than have you discover it in week one.

Beta

Our own iPhone appIn TestFlight beta at the moment, not on the App Store, and Android is covered in the meantime. It is not something you need in order to start.

Always

Nothing at allYou can type everything in by hand and still get a real plan and real coaching. Wearables sharpen the picture and save you the typing. They have never been the price of entry.

Inside it

This is the actual thing, not a mock-up

Screens from a live account, mine. No invented dashboards, no numbers that were typed into a design file to look good.

Recovery tab showing recovery score, HRV, resting heart rate and sleep charts
RecoveryRecovery score, HRV, resting heart rate and sleep, with a month of trend behind each one. You never type into this screen. It arrives.
Training log listing sessions with duration, energy, heart rate and load
Training logEvery session with duration, energy, average heart rate, load and zones. Those Muay Thai sessions are mine, pulled in from the watch without me touching anything.
Food log with meals, a real food database, frequent food chips and a barcode scan button
Food logItem by item against a real food database, with one-tap chips for the things you eat constantly and a barcode scanner for everything else. Totals carry across on their own.

Screens scroll sideways on a phone. Tap and drag if you want a closer look.

Straight up

What it does not do

What it costs

The screen comes with the coaching

We do not sell the tracker on its own. It exists so that somebody can read your week properly, and on its own it would just be a fifth app that nobody opens.

Standard rate $49.99 per week

$24.99 per week, charged weekly

Cancel whenever you like. No notice period, no exit fee. Billing stops at the end of the week you have already paid for, and the rate you join at is the rate you keep.

Seven days to change your mind, freeLong enough to connect your kit and see whether the sync actually works with what you own. Cancel inside seven days and you pay nothing.

Your data stays yoursWe do not sell it and we do not advertise against it. It exists so your coach can read it.

We write to you, we do not ring youSomeone replies in writing within 72 hours. No discovery call, no sales call, no call at all unless you ask for one.

Bring your four apps

Tell us what you already own and what you already track. If your kit does not connect the way you were hoping, we will say so before you pay rather than after.

The form asks which watch, which scales and which apps. That is the part that tells us how much of this runs on its own for you.
