What you're actually paying for

Why there's no chat button

Every AI answer you have ever read ended the same way. Check this. It can make mistakes. Verify anything important.

That sentence is the entire reason this service costs what it costs. The checking is the product.

We use AI, and we will always tell you where. It reads your training load, your sleep, your HRV, your food log and your body composition every day, and it finds the things worth looking at. It is very good at that, and it never gets tired on a Sunday night. What it does not do is decide anything about you. A person does that, and puts their name on it.

There is a reason you cannot open a chat window here and ask what to do about your knee.

A chat model has read the internet. It has not read you. It does not know that your sleep collapsed three weeks ago, that you have added four kilos of load since then, or that this is the second time this year the same thing has happened in the same month. It will give you an answer in one second, and it will be the average of everything ever written about knees. Free tools do this well and we would not try to compete with them, because there is nothing to compete with. They are free.

Think about how you use a specialist. You do not text them at 11pm and expect an answer before midnight. You book, they read your file properly, and then they tell you what they think. The value is in the reading, not the speed. Nobody wants a surgeon who answers instantly.

That is how this works. Your data arrives automatically. It gets analysed. A coach reads the analysis, decides what it means for you specifically, and writes back. Weekly on Performance, daily on Elite. Considered, not instant, and answerable to a name.

Who is accountable. Our coaches hold professional qualifications, listed on the main page. They are fitness qualifications, not medical ones, and we are careful about that line: we review blood work you have already had done, we do not order it, and nothing here replaces your doctor. Within the thing we are actually qualified to do, a named person makes every call and can be asked to justify it.

What it costs, and why it cannot cost less. A one-hour personal training session in Australia can cost $130 or more. Performance costs less than a single session, per month, and buys you a programme built around your goals, weekly written feedback on your real numbers, nutrition adjusted as you go, and a coach who has actually looked. The limit is not software. It is how many people two humans can read properly in a week, which is why the places are capped and why the number is small.

This probably isn't for you if:

You want an answer in ten seconds. Ours take a day, sometimes a week, because someone is reading your file first.

You want the cheapest option. There isn't one. There are two plans and both of them buy coach time.

You want to be told you're doing great. You'll be told what the data says, which is sometimes that and sometimes not.

You don't want to log anything. The service is built on your real numbers. Without them we are guessing, and guessing is what you are paying us not to do.

None of that is a criticism. There are good free apps that do the fast, cheap, automated version very well, and if that is what you want you should use one.
